DRG Technologies has evolved from a singularly focused production facility to a global network achieving recognition through award winning performance that is known for technology integration and capabilities. Directing its development is founder and Chairman Doug Riley, whose visionary leadership has consistently positioned the company to reach new heights of excellence. His commitment, which resonates throughout the company, ensures every solution optimizes client products and processes, adds value and delivers bottom-line results.

	1973 -	H. Douglas Riley starts Lancer Label in Omaha, NE
	1984 -	Impressive Labels is founded in Safford, AZ, it's focus is durable, special construction labels Impressive develops Computers & Peripherals solutions Impressive develops Consumer Products solutions
	1989 -	Lancer Label is sold, $15 million sales, 2,000 orders per week
	1990 -	H. Douglas Riley purchases Impressive Labels in Safford, AZ
	1992 -	SuperFast Label Service is launched
	1998 -	Impressive develops Telecom & Handheld Electronics solutions
	1999 -	Impressive begins global expansion by partnering in Australia Impressive develops Software & Entertainment solutions
	2000 -	Impressive establishes Asia/Pacific partner
	2002 -	Impressive establishes European partner
	2002 -	DRG Technologies is formed, Impressive and SuperFast become DRG business units
	2007 -	Hellolabels.com is launched

More than 30 years ago, Doug Riley began Lancer Label, where he created a unique business model that fulfilled customer requirements for fast turnaround in quick-print items. It also generated phenomenal growth and received numerous awards. Following on this success and identifying a business trend in complex and durable identification needs, Doug then purchased Impressive Labels in 1990.

Impressive also grew to become an industry force and successfully launched the SuperFast Label Service and, later, the Hellolabels.com business lines. The 2003 transition to DRG Technologies-today's ISO 9001:2008-certified organization offering world-class identification solutions, from embedded security coding to pressure-sensitive produce applications-was a natural progression for a company whose leadership and mission have always been on the leading edge of innovation.

Today, DRG perpetuates this perspective, with our staff serving as product engineering consultants to best address client needs-researching, recommending and executing only those solutions that truly fit their needs.
